CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All hires must be paid for at the time of booking and be booked via this website. 

  • Bookings may be cancelled within 72hrs of making the booking for a full refund.

  • Bookings may then be cancelled  up till 14 days prior to the event with a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event will forfeit the booking fee.

  • Rescheduling the booking is permitted without additional charge up till 14 days prior to the event.

  • Rescheduling the booking less than 14 days prior to the event will incur a 50% additional charge to reschedule the event.

COVID POLICY

  • At the current time our venue is limited to 40 person capacity per 2sqm rules.

  • All attendees must sign in using the QR code upon entry.

  • Only double vaccinated attendees are permitted currently per NSW Health Orders.

  • Masks are recommended but not mandatory.
